Yes, when the configuration includes one optional 250 mm grill and one optional 250 mm fry top. The two burners are operated separately, allowing two cooking zones.

Fògher lists a 250 × 430 mm stainless-steel double grid, stainless-steel fry top, and soapstone plate for the modular barbecue system. These are optional unless the Odoo order configuration explicitly includes them.

The optional 20 mm soapstone plate measures 250 × 430 mm. Fògher describes it for meat and fish because it retains and distributes heat gradually and can be used without adding oil or butter.

The optional seamless AISI 430 fry top measures 250 × 430 mm and is also called a Teppanyaki plate. Its smooth surface suits meat, fish, and vegetables, while its shaped profile helps drain cooking liquids.

The standard FGA 500 is a direct-cooking model. Fògher lists it for direct grilling, while oven-style indirect cooking belongs to the FGA-FO models.
Answered by Outreside
Yes. The manual states that the burners are operated separately using the front-panel knobs. The FGA 500 has two 2.8 kW burners.
Answered by Outreside
The FGA 500 is offered for LPG or methane/natural gas. The gas type, operating pressure, injector, regulator, and connection must match the appliance rating plate and selected configuration.
Answered by Outreside
Its modular surfaces are designed to drain grease away from the burners. The barbecue also uses Fire Core heat-distribution dishes and a removable tray for cooking liquids, which should be emptied and cleaned after use.
Answered by Outreside
Clean the grill after every use once it has cooled. Use lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth; avoid metal scourers, aggressive chemicals, chlorine mixtures, and high-pressure water. The manual identifies some removable grates and trays as dishwasher-safe.
Answered by Outreside
No. The Fògher manual specifies LPG or methane gas and prohibits wood, charcoal, and lava stones as heating fuels. The barbecue is intended for outdoor use only.
Answered by Outreside
Choose the FGA-FO, not the standard FGA 500. Fògher assigns indirect cooking, low-temperature smoking, and the 500 pizza/bread kit to the oven-lid FO models.
